Category Guidelines:
Special Artist Division:
The Special Artist Division is a non-graded division limited to students with physical, cognitive or mental health challenges. These students will follow all general and arts category rules, but may submit an entry in the grade division most closely aligned to their cognitive or functional abilities.
Winning entries from each category will then move ahead to the council level (all Pleasanton PTA schools) and be showcased at the Firehouse Arts Center in December. Winning entries at the council level are then chosen to move on to the district (Alameda County) level, then state, and finally the national level.
